• Where will my campaigns run?

    Our platform allows for targeted placement across many of the top streaming services including Pandora, iHeart Radio, TuneIn and dozens more! Each campaign deploys programmatically across all platforms to get the most streams at the lowest price!

  • What is behavioral targeting?

    Each listener is targeted based on previous behavior and browsing history, allowing us to pre-select the most appropriate audience. This often includes a direct correlation with your industry and real-time, intent based targeting. Example: We know John smith is in the market for home insurance because he recently searched for quotes. We can then track and attempt to target him with your streaming commercial ad!

  • Can I choose which network or streaming service my ads are placed?

    No, your ads will always be deployed across all services to maximize your spend. However, we can customize a private placement on specific networks. (Please contact us for more info).

  • What are the requirements for the audio and display ads?

    If you have your own artwork and audio advertisement, you can upload it when placing your order. Audio should be 30 seconds or less. Acceptable file formats are: .wav, .mp3, .wma, .ogg, .aac. The display Ad should be 300 x 250 pixels. Acceptable file formats are .png, .jpeg, .gif. If you don’t have these, don’t worry… we’ll do it for you!

  • Can I choose what time of day my ad will run?

    Yes, you can choose any days of the week and time of day to run your ad. This is selected during the ordering process.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    A credit card is required to place an order online. If your company would like to choose another prepayment method, please contact our team for direct ordering.

  • How long can I run my ad for?

    You can choose a start date and end date on checkout. The default time frame is one month and each package has a maximum duration of one month. Please contact us for longer term orders and volume discounts.

  • Are there any contracts or committments?

    No! Never! You are only committed to the package you choose. However, if you’d like to continue your ad (with the same parameters) we will auto-renew the campaign to ensure a smooth transition to the next month. We only need a written cancellation notice (email is fine) no less than 3 days prior to the completion of your ad flight.

  • Do I get a performance report?

    Yes, you will have access to a comprehensive report after each month’s campaign. It will show streams, clicks, ad performance, etc. In addition, you will have access to real-time reporting daily, via our client dashboard.

  • How do I get started?
